Non sono solita esternare cattive recensioni sui luoghi da me frequentati, ma questa volta sento di mettere in guardia possibili avventori. Ho prenotato un trattamento per tempo, era la mia prima visita da loro, ma al mio arrivo non ho trovato nessuno ad accogliermi per concordare il da farsi. La proprietaria, impegnata in un'altra stanza, mi ha urlato sguaiatamente di attendere. Dopo un po' è comparsa una collaboratrice che, con fare scomposto e poco professionale, mi ha introdotto nella stanza per il trattamento. Il tutto in un ambiente molto ristretto e mal organizzato, quasi casalingo. Come se non bastasse, al momento del pagamento (ad un prezzo decisamente più alto rispetto agli standard della zona), questa collaboratrice ha rifiutato il pagamento con il POS, ormai previsto per legge, lamentandosi del fatto che per cifre basse a loro non conviene corrispondere alla banca le commissioni. Bene, peccato che, a fronte del mio pagamento in contanti, non ha neanche rilasciato lo scontrino fiscale. Pessimo davvero, da evitare. Very bad experience: zero professionalism, poor cleaning, no customer care. I'm not used to expressing bad reviews about places I frequent, but this time I feel I can warn potential customers. I booked a treatment in time, it was my first visit to them, but when I arrived I didn't find anyone to welcome me to agree on what to do. The owner, engaged in another room, screamed loudly to wait. After a while a collaborator appeared who, with a disheveled and unprofessional way, introduced me to the treatment room. All in a very small and poorly organized, almost home-like environment. As if that were not enough, at the time of payment (at a price much higher than the standards of the area), this collaborator refused payment by POS, now required by law, complaining that for low figures it is not convenient to pay to the bank the commissions. Well, too bad that, against my payment in cash, it has not even released the receipt. Really bad to avoid.

Mi è stato consigliato da un’amica e non penso me ne andrò mai, sono diventata cliente fedele perché non mi sono mai sentita così a mio agio in un centro estetico. Il personale è competente e gentile. I prezzi sono onesti. Forse l’unica pecca è trovare posto per parcheggiare perché non conta con un grande parcheggio, ma questo non è un gran problema. Aesthetics offers facial, body, ultrasound and anti-cellulite treatments, massages, aesthetics, hair removal, sugar paste (wax) and solarium. The staff are knowledgeable and polite. Prices are fair. Perhaps the only flaw is finding a place to park because it doesn't have a large parking lot, but this isn't a big problem.
