Gestito da ragazzi eccezionali che rendono ogni portata una vera opera d'arte, servita e spiegata in ogni suo ingrediente! Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo. Organizzano eventi musicali e non, in ogni periodo dell'anno. Sicuramente tornerò, in compagnia, magari proprio in occasione di uno di questi eventi spettacolo, magari all'aperto sulla piazzetta adiacente il locale, con una balconata su un bellissimo panorama. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e a presto. Delicious restaurant, located in the historic center of Altidona, a completely renovated village, with alleys and squares to be discovered. Managed by exceptional guys who make each course a true work of art, served and explained in every ingredient! Value for money more than excellent. They organize musical and non-musical events at any time of the year. Surely I will return, in company, maybe just on the occasion of one of these show events, maybe outdoors on the square adjacent to the place, with a balcony on a beautiful panorama. Congratulations to all the staff and see you soon.

D'estate chiaramente la piazzetta, soffusamente illuminata e decorata, attrezzata con tavoli e sedute dal gusto vintage, impreziosisce l'esperienza di una cena in un luogo che sa dosare sapientemente eleganza e informalità. A L'amaca si mangia e si beve bene. Senza nessun dubbio. Ricercatezza e qualità delle materie prime, in un menù con le giuste portate e molto ben elaborate anche in base alla stagionalità. I tortelloni ricotta menta e limone sono da applausi, come il ragù che accompagna le guatosissime tagliatelle fritte. Il personale è presente, discreto, professionale e accurato. L'unica nota della serata è stato il tavolo pieghevole che ci era stato riservato, a differenza di tutti gli altri presenti sulla piazza. Molto probabilmente per effetto della mia prenotazione tardiva in un giorno festivo, tuttavia non ci era stato comunicato in fase di prenotazione e non è risultata una sistemazione agevole anche per via delle sedute anch'esse pieghevoli e molto basse rispetto al tavolo. Le porzioni sono un po' da gourmet, ma per la qualità e la lavorazione dei prodotti offerti è comprensibile. A tal proposito offrono un menù degustazione che mi sento di consigliare rispetto al menù alla carta. La scelta è limitata solo ad alcune portate tra primi e secondi. All'arrivo non viene servito il pane o altro intrattenimento per accompagnare l'attesa. Nice and characteristic restaurant in a suggestive little square of Altidona. In summer, the little square, softly lit and decorated, equipped with tables and chairs with a vintage taste, embellishes the experience of a dinner in a place that knows how to expertly measure elegance and informality. At L'Amaca you eat and drink well. Without any doubt. Refinement and quality of the raw materials, in a menu with the right flow rates and very well processed also based on seasonality. The tortelloni ricotta mint and lemon are applause, like the ragù that accompanies the very fried fried tagliatelle. The staff is present, discreet, professional and accurate. The only note of the evening was the folding table that had been reserved for us, unlike all the others on the square. Most likely due to my late booking on a public holiday, however, it had not been communicated to us at the time of booking and it did not turn out to be an easy arrangement also due to the folding chairs which were very low compared to the table. Portions are a little gourmet, but the quality and workmanship of the products offered is understandable. In this regard, they offer a tasting menu that I can recommend compared to the a la carte menu. The choice is limited only to some courses between first and second. On arrival, no bread or other entertainment is served to accompany the wait.

Abbiamo assaggiato il menù degustazione composto da piatti locali (molto gustosi e ben preparati)accompagnato da ottimo vino rosso marchigiano (essenza di lacrima di morro d'alba). Infine ottimo il dolce preparato da loro ed onesto il conto (sconto 20 the Fork). Il nostro era già un ritorno e sicuramente non l'ultimo !!! Restaurant located in a small square with a view below in a suggestive context. Friendly and welcoming staff. We tasted the tasting menu consisting of local dishes (very tasty and well prepared) accompanied by excellent Marche red wine (essence of lacrima di morro d'alba). Finally, the dessert prepared by them is excellent and the bill is honest (20 the Fork discount). Ours was already a return and certainly not the last !!!

Il locale è molto carino, ma la vera chicca è l'esterno dove d'estate vengono apparecchiati i coperti che permettono di vedere il mare. Varia scelta di vini e prodotti tipici locali. Tutto buonissimo dagli antipasti ai dolci, da provare assolutamente però sono le tagliatelle fritte? One of my favorite restaurants and one I choose to celebrate special occasions. The place is very nice, but the real gem is the outside where in the summer the covers are set that allow you to see the sea. Various choice of wines and typical local products. Everything delicious from appetizers to desserts, but absolutely must try are the fried tagliatelle?
