★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venendo a Pedaso da tanti anni i miei ristoranti di punto di riferimento Uno è il covo dove ho sempre mangiato alla grande e Quest'anno purtroppo non l'ho potuto andare a provare un altro ristorante della famiglia Perotti la quale ieri sera sono rimasto stupito per la monnezza che ho mangiato in quanto frittura rigorosamente surgelata con addirittura gamberetti sgusciati e calamari privi di tentacoli che già da li fa capire che sono surgelati pesce della pasta con questi ragù di pesce il quale a forma di pallina perfetta non pesce che si sfalda il vero pesce con questi Preparati anche gli surgelati sono rimasto veramente veramente scontento partendo da Roma e trovare una situazione così precaria mi ha veramente dispiaciuto poi non parliamo del prezzo di antipasti miseri Chiama di da loro antipasto veloce e in tutto due primi e 2 secondi e mezzo vino della casa €90 mi è sembrato veramente una rapina senza passamontagna Mi dispiace fare questa recensione perché la famiglia Perotti me la ricordavo in un'altra qualità molto molto elevata Ma era meglio una pizzeria Di nuovo buon proseguimento a tutti spero che questa mia recensione faccia da esperienza per migliorare invece che peggiorare come ho visto ieri sera

Partiamo con il pane in busta accartocciata, molto evidente vista anche la quantità di pame presente all interno che era una rimanenza di qualche altro tavolo (le altre buste erano visibilmente perfette).
Il primo, uno spaghetto con vongole è arrivato al tavolo con pasta attaccata e vongole fredde, non era stato cotto al momento.
In sintesi, non ho mangiato nulla ed ho pagato 25€.

The first, spaghetti with clams came to the table with pasta attached and cold clams, it hadn't been cooked at the time.
In summary, I didn't eat anything and I paid € 25.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante Perotti non delude mai. Ci andiamo saltuariamente nei nostri spostamenti tra Milano e Taranto e mio marito già nel 1990 era cliente nelle libere uscite del servizio militare. Ve lo consigliamo se volete fare una piacevole sosta assaporando del buon pesce dell'"Adriatico condito dalla discrezione del servizio informale ma molto attento. Ottima scelta!
The Perotti restaurant never disappoints. We go there occasionally in our travels between Milan and Taranto and my husband was already a client in the free exits of the military service in 1990. We recommend it if you want to take a pleasant break while savoring good Adriatic fish seasoned with the discretion of the informal but very attentive service. Excellent choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ristorante con specialità di pesce: che dire servizio veloce ed eccellente, portate abbondanti e con prodotti di eccellente qualità. Prezzi nella media. Accettano cani di taglia fino a 10kg. Se vi trovate in zona è da provare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mangiato benissimo:abbondanza di cibo con sapori estranei al Mediterraneo, bensì decisamente brasiliani. Persino l'insalata di pomodoro e cipolla assume un gusto completamente inedito al nostro palato. Deliziose le banane fritte, eccellenti le carni servite in grande abbondanza. Tutto accompagnato da squisita bevanda brasileira.
I ate very well: plenty of food with flavors unrelated to the Mediterranean, but definitely Brazilian. Even the tomato and onion salad takes on a completely new taste on our palate. Delicious fried bananas, excellent meats served in great abundance. All accompanied by an exquisite Brazilian drink.
