★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo ristorante va capito!! Alla prima volta non ho voluto fargli una recensione perché non avevo capito cosa è questo ristorante!! Perciò sono ritornato e ho capito chi conduce questo ristorante è un artista del cucinare perciò lo messo alla prova, prendendo un primo di risotto mare che devo dire la verità molto buono ma più che altro leggero senza fronzoli quasi bianco con seppioline e poco altro veramente raffinato e gustoso, poi sono passato alla frittura mista e li mi ha dato la certezza che ci avevo visto giusto una frittura alla viareggina ma senza verdure, morbida croccante non untuosa veramente da alta cucina, così do le mie 5 stelle al mangiare perché l'apparenza avvolte inganna, Paolo il titolare è una persona di esperienza nella ristorazione perché viene da molte gestioni di ristoranti famosi, se non usa l'etichetta lo capisco perché a 74 anni di duro lavoro, non hai più la verv di fare ristoranti faraonici, perciò finché avrà VOGLIA di cucinare per la gente, andate a trovarlo vedrete che farete dei pranzi e cene come dio comanda, in un ambiente senza distinguo alla portata di tutti è ottimo per cene di piccoli gruppi perché potete ordinare anche cose più particolari che lui vi farà perciò prendetelo finché c'è.

So I went back and I realized whoever runs this restaurant is an artist of cooking so I put him to the test, taking a first course of risotto mare which I must tell the truth very good but mostly light without frills almost white with cuttlefish and little else really refined and tasty, then I switched to mixed frying and it gave me the certainty that I had just seen a viareggina fry but without vegetables, soft crunchy not really greasy for haute cuisine, so I give my 5 stars to eating because the appearance wrapped deceives, Paolo the owner is a person with experience in catering because he comes from many famous restaurant management, if he doesn't use the label I understand it because at 74 years of hard work, you no longer have the verv to make pharaonic restaurants, so until will want to cook for the people, go and see him you will see that you will have lunches and dinners as god commands, in an environment without distinction within everyone's reach it is excellent for dinners small groups because you can order even more particular things that he will make for you so take it while it is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente accogliente cibo buono frittura da 10 . Non c'è il menù perché cucina solo cose fresche. Se ti piace tutto e non sei esigente ti arrivano piatti gustosi e freschi. Io ve lo consiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto caratteristico e allo stesso tempo speciale. Tutto è preparato al momento, quindi tutti i piatti sono fantastici, freschi e molto, ma molto buoni.
Da provare assolutamente le linguine con l'astice e anche il fritto misto.
Nonostante l'alta qualità delle pietanze, il costo è molto sostenuto, con il primo, il secondo, vino, il dolce, il caffè e l'amaro il conto per persona è stato dei soli €35.
Da ritornare assolutamente!
