sembra di entrare in un brico più che in una semplice agricola.
Frequetando il negozio da molto tempo, posso dire che i dipendenti sono molto disponibili,
sopratutto nel consigliare il tipo di strumento adatto alle mie esigenze ( il classico prodotto con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo o il prodotto di riferimento, il top di gamma insomma).
Il loro punto di forza è sicuramente la garanzia e l'assistenza dei loro prodotti e la meticolosità nella matutenzione/riparazione.
Ho portato una motosega, acquistata da loro per dei problemi, per dei cali di prestazioni a caldo.
Due giorni dopo ho ricevuto la chiamata con le foto del problema e il preventivo. Considerando il perfetto stato delle parti meccaniche e della qualità dell'attrezzo, ho preferito passare alla riparazione.
Note problema attrezzo: crosta carboniosa eccessiva sul cielo e fascia pistone ovalizzata a causa dell'eccessivo calore.
