Credo che ognuno sceglie il lavoro da fare e se scegli di fare le pizze ..non basta saperla farla buona..ma anche organizzarsi.. perche per fare un'ora di ritardo credo che ci si debba impegnare...UN ORA DOVE TUTTI GLI OSPITI ERANO AFFAMATI...non ho parole ..NON PRENDERO MAI PIU LA PIZZA QUI...neanche prendessero come pizzettaro sorbillo

I believe that everyone chooses the job to do and if you choose to make pizzas .. it is not enough to know how to make it good .. but also to organize oneself .. because to be an hour late I think you have to work ... In this simple and informal looking place you can enjoy a truly special pizza made with excellent ingredients and a leavening of 72 hours. The portions are really abundant (I suggest you try the set menu for € 12 including drinks) the staff is very kind and friendly to customers.

Beautiful evening where I celebrated my 27 years.
The waitress made us feel at home, taking care of us. Very good and light grip. Wide choice in tastes, really compliments. We will certainly return in the new year

Molto vicino alla classica Pinsa romana. Molto digeribile.
