Stasera si sono superati: PIÙ DI UN'ORA DI RITARDO (al momento in cui scrivo un'ora e dieci) E ANCORA NON SONO ARRIVATI. Abbiamo chiamato dopo mezz'ora di ritardo e ci hanno detto che stavano infornando le pizze in quel momento. Avete perso un cliente che, fino a questo momento, vi teneva presente come riferimento per le pizze. BAD. Systematic delays (even half an hour) in deliveries but never like this time. Tonight they exceeded: MORE THAN AN HOUR DELAY (at the time of writing an hour and ten) AND THEY HAVE NOT ARRIVED STILL. Le pizze erano come piacciono a me, non spesse, appena sfornate, ben cotte e condite e le bibite fredde al punto giusto. Hanno solo ritardato di 15 minuti, ma è nella norma nel fine settimana. Aggiungo anche che la scelta di pizze, fritti e dolci è molto ampia. Before calling, I also noticed some negative reviews ... I didn't let myself be influenced, thankfully. The pizzas were the way I like them, not thick, freshly baked, well cooked and seasoned and cold drinks just right. They only delayed for 15 minutes, but it is normal at the weekend. ANCORA IN COTTURA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quando Just eat mi diceva che sarebbe arrivato alle 21 e 50!!!!!!!!!!!! A saperlo, avrei cucinato io......... E poi non diamo sempre la colpa a quei poveri riderz....................... I state that I ordered at 20 ....... called the pizzeria at 22 ...... to tell me that my order was STILL cooking !!!! STILL COOKING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When Just eat told me it would arrive at 21.50 !!!!!!!!!!!! If I had known, I would have cooked ......... a	annalisa maturo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuo l'ordine ogni sabato tramite Just eat verso ora di pranzo e immancabilmente che ci sia pioggia o bel tempo arrivano con 1 ora di ritardo. Preciso che abito dietro il locale praticamente 1 minuto di macchina/motorino e OGNI VOLTA sembra servire sempre la chiamata per attivarli (quando chiamo mi viene sempre detto che le pizze stanno uscendo). Ad aggravare un atteggiamento reiterato e irrispettoso, neanche hanno il pensiero, come regola non scritta vuole, di offrire uno sconto o una bevanda omaggio al momento della consegna. Mi dispiace abbiamo dato molteplici possibilità ma oggi hanno perso dei clienti I place my order every Saturday through Just eat around lunchtime and invariably, whether there is rain or good weather, they arrive 1 hour late.
