★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz toller Ort. Ruhe, Weite, Landwirt, einfaches und leckeres Essen sowie Abgeschiedenheit die man sich als Städter halbwegs ehrlich erarbeitet hat mit Mischung aus Lift und Bergwanderung.
 Great place. Quietness, space, farmer, simple and delicious food and seclusion which you as a city dweller have developed fairly honestly with a mixture of lift and mountain hike.

Man kann recht gut hier Essen und dies mitten in der
Natur.
A small alpine hut with a nice and funny alpine host.
You can eat quite well here and in the middle of it all
Nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Wanderung ab der Leitersalm, steil bergauf durch schattigen Wald, das restliche Stück über sonnenbeschienene Eiesenhänge mit Pferden. 1-Mann-Bewirtschaftung mit allem, was man nach der Wanderung gelüstet - von Knödel über Kaiserschmarrn. Lecker!
Nice hike from the Leitersalm, steeply uphill through shady forest, the rest of the way over sunlit iron slopes with horses. One-man management with everything you could possibly want after the hike - from dumplings to Kaiserschmarrn. Delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von unten bis oben gleichmäßig steiler Aufstieg. Leider ist die Alm jedes Mal wenn ich komme geschlossen. Sie sieht nicht sehr einladend aus. Essen würde ich da nichts.
Evenly steep ascent from bottom to top. Unfortunately the Alm is closed every time I come. It doesn't look very inviting. I wouldn't eat anything there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist das idyllisch. Endlich weg von den Massen an Touristenströmen. Freundlicher Almwirt mit gigantischem Kaiserschmarrn. Da lohnt sich jeder Höhenmeter Fußweg!
Is that idyllic. Finally away from the crowds of tourists. Friendly alpine host with gigantic Kaiserschmarrn. Every meter of altitude is worth walking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Alm mit freundlichen Gastgebern! Wir haben hier eine leckeren Kaiserschmarrn gegessen. Außerdem kann man hier Käse zum mitnehmen kaufen, Kuh und Ziegenkäse. Beide sehr lecker und der Ziegenkäse schön mild.
Ein Besuch lohnt und wird bei gutem Wetter mit toller Aussicht belohnt.
Very nice alp with friendly hosts! We ate a delicious Kaiserschmarrn here. You can also buy take-away cheese, cow and goat cheese here. Both very tasty and the goat cheese nice and mild.
A visit is worthwhile and in good weather will be rewarded with a great view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mountain cabin brings together great vistas and delicious mountain grub. Adolf, the gentleman who runs the place will serve you local spirit if you are interested. The eggs with speck and homemade cheese are the highlight. And the crispy mountain bread.
