★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very special place to try local wines, the wines produced by nistri (you’ll not find wines from other cantines in this winery.
We went without having an appointment but Margherita was very kind and gave us some wine to try before buying. The Elsa (sweet and strong wine) is to highlight, together with the Gesuiti. All are local wines produced by the family with autochthonous grapes.
People from the town go all the time to get sfuso... so we also got 3 litters “to try”.
Margherita and her father are super kind and will explain about their own wines.
I’d recommend to call before going if you want to taste. Also, they don’t speak English, just Italian.
