Die Suppen sind im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes wärmstens zu empfehlen und auch der Kaiserschmarrn kann sich sehen und schmecken lassen! The hut invites you to linger and strengthen tired hikers after a strenuous hike in bad weather. The soups are warmly recommended in the truest sense of the word and the Kaiserschmarrn can also be seen and tasted!

Die Lage, eingebettet in einer Senke und mit Blick auf einen kleinen Wasserfall und Bergsee ist einmalig. Ich muss jedoch sagen, dass das Essen anderen Almen, die man in Südtirol findet, etwas nachsteht. Das Spiegelei mit Bratkartoffeln war wirklich sehr lieblos angerichtet und hingeknallt, der Kaiserschmarren eher ein Pfannkuchen ohne wirklich viel Geschmack. Vor meinem Urlaub hätte ich dennoch vier oder fünf Sterne gegeben, da das Personal bemüht ist und die Lage nur Warenlieferungen per Helikopter zulässt. Wenn man jedoch die Qualität auf anderen Almen als Maßstab nimmt, muss die Oberkaser Alm meiner Meinung nach wirklich nachlegen. After a demanding ascent, you come here hungry and exhausted. The location, embedded in a depression and overlooking a small waterfall and mountain lake, is unique. I have to say, however, that the food is a bit inferior to other alpine pastures found in South Tyrol. The fried egg with fried potatoes was really very carelessly arranged and popped, the Kaiserschmarren was more of a pancake without much taste. Before my vacation, I would have given it four or five stars, because the staff makes every effort and the location only allows goods to be delivered by helicopter. However, if you take the quality of other alpine pastures as a benchmark, then in my opinion the Oberkaser Alm really has to improve.

La stanza era molto semplice e si dorme praticamente sul pavimento, ma molto pulita e curata. Sicuramente ci tornerò! 'And a fantastic hut. I've been there and I was very happy with their service and friendliness. Very good breakfast (almost all homemade). The room was very simple and you sleep practically on the floor, but very clean and well kept. Surely we will be back!

After a 3 hour walk you arrive at the end of the world and get something delicious to eat. That can save the day and lift your spirits.

Nach einer langen Wanderung von der Hochmuth Seilbahn eine schöne Einkehrmöglichkeit kurz vor den schönen Spronser Seen. Leider teilweise sehr viele kleine Fliegen aufgrund des nahegelegenen Sees. Good food and drinks at reasonable prices. After a long hike from the Hochmuth cable car, a nice refreshment stop just before the beautiful Spronser lakes. Unfortunately, there were sometimes a lot of small flies due to the nearby lake.

Cibo ottimo, gestori molto cordiali e locali puliti. Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo...linea del cellulare assente, la cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo! Lì ti rendi conto che ne potresti veramente fare a meno. A place away from everything and everyone even if I must say that on Saturday several customers stopped during their trek. Excellent food, very friendly managers and clean premises. It seems to go back in time ... no mobile phone line, which I really appreciated! There you realize that you could really do without it.
T	Torsten Jungheinrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer es bis hier hinauf geschafft hat, darf ruhig etwas erwarten. Die Hütte liegt in einer traumhaften Lage und hier eine Pause zu machen fällt nicht schwer. Das Essen ist super lecker macht dich fit für den Abstieg zurück ins Tal. Vor mir ganz klar ? für die Wirtsleute ! Anyone who has made it up here can expect something. The hut is in a fantastic location and it is not difficult to take a break here. The food is delicious and makes you fit for the descent back into the valley. Clearly in front of me ? for the innkeepers!
