I got some takeaway sushi about two months ago. Low quality and tasteless fish. I felt bad that same evening. Bad experience.

Personale gentile, servizio veloce anche se con produzione alla richiesta. Pesce fresco e saporito l, personalmente preferisco la qualità alla quantità del classico "all you can eat". Il personale, gentile e alla mano, ci ha accolto nel locale, e dopo un breve riassunto della loro storia e idea di cucina, ci ha lasciato un gustoso take away, contenente tre tipi di uramaki roll, due tipi di nigiri, una tartare e una birra omaggio (l’intero take away è disponibile nelle nostre storie in evidenza). Il cibo, senza alcun dubbio, rispecchia appieno ciò che i ragazzi di Krudo Sushi ci hanno raccontato in loco: La cura e l’attenzione per i dettagli sono ben visibili nella disposizione elegante e ordinata del cibo all’interno dei pacchetti, mentre la qualità e la passione nella preparazione delle materie prime è rievocata dalla sapiente miscelazione degli ingredienti unita al gusto pieno e perfettamente distinguibile di ogni ingrediente. La nostra portata preferita, che vi consigliamo assolutamente, è stata il Nachos Roll, con salmone, avocado, panatura di nachos, tobiko, mandorle, salsa teriyaki. L’esterno, molto granuloso, da una sensazione di “futomaki”, ma le impressioni iniziali vengono subito smentite dalla freschezza del salmone crudo, che da un senso di completezza al piatto. In conclusione: Krudo Sushi ci ha conquistato non solo per l’innegabile qualità degli ingredienti, la precisione del servizio e la disponibilità del personale, ma anche per il menù, corposo e pieno di portate curiose, che necessita un’ulteriore “indagine”. Per cui, non resta che dire: “Ci vediamo presto, amici di Krudo Sushi!” Sushiadvisor.roma A small corner of Japanese cuisine in the center of Monteverde, Krudo Sushi visually presents itself as an elegant family-run bistro, containing all the typical stylistic features of a sushi bar. The staff, kind and easy-going, welcomed us into the restaurant, and after a brief summary of their history and cooking idea, left us a tasty take away, containing three types of uramaki roll, two types of nigiri, a tartare and a complimentary beer (the entire take away is available in our featured stories). The food, without any doubt, fully reflects what the Krudo Sushi guys told us on site: The care and attention to detail are clearly visible in the elegant and tidy arrangement of the food inside the packages, while the quality and the passion in the preparation of raw materials is evoked by the skilful mixing of ingredients combined with the full and perfectly distinguishable taste of each ingredient. Our favorite course, which we absolutely recommend, was the Nachos Roll, with salmon, avocado, nachos breading, tobiko, almonds, teriyaki sauce. The exterior, very grainy, gives a feeling of "futomaki", but the initial impressions are immediately denied by the freshness of the raw salmon, which gives a sense of completeness to the dish. In conclusion: Krudo Sushi won us over not only for the undeniable quality of the ingredients, the precision of the service and the helpfulness of the staff, but also for the menu, full-bodied and full of curious courses, which requires further "investigation".
