Maestro molto serio e preparato, un gruppo di allievi formidabile, bastano poche lezioni per sentirsi parte di una grande famiglia!!!questo non è uno sport da combattimento, dal Maestro Buffo si impara a sapersi tirarsi fuori da tutte quelle situazioni che in cui potremmo essere quotidianamente coinvolti,soli o con i nostri affetti, ad avere quella possibilità in più di farlo... Istruttori eccellenti, ma molto esigenti che pretendono max serietà e impegno, per loro non esistono le scorciatoie ma solo duro lavoro. Talvolta ti porteranno fino a sfinimento, ma se rimani tenace e costante questa palestra diventerà la tua seconda casa dove incontrerai splendide persone e avrai Istruttori seri e molto disponibili. L'attività è adatta a tutti, da una parte ci si potenzia a livello fisico, dall'altra si apprendono tecniche e nozioni di difesa personale utili in tutte quelle situazioni critiche che si spera di non dover affrontare mai, ma qualora le si dovessero affrontare, almeno lo si fa con la giusta preparazione e consapevolezza. Maestri e istruttori sono molto preparati e meticolosi. L'ambiente è piacevolissimo e molto amichevole. Gym well equipped for everything related to self-defense.
