★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli allenatori sono molto bravi e simpatici, ti mettono a tuo agio, e la struttura è ben organizzata. I piani d'allenamento sono studiati con cura e vieni seguito passo passo. Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che si avvicinano a questa disciplina. I prezzi sono un po' alti ma ne vale la pena.
The coaches are very good and nice, they put you at ease, and the structure is well organized. The training plans are carefully studied and are followed step by step. I recommend it to all those who approach this discipline. Prices are a bit high but it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a dropp in. It was appearing as open as from 9am but the class was only starting at 10am...
The box is very nice but the coaching is quite not professional. All athletes were doing push ups with the same technique as burpees and the coach was at the back of the box watching his phone the whole session... If I knew it, I would have done my sport at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big gym, big guys, big workouts, easy to reach and loads of space and all you need. Not often do you find a box with 5 GHDs... Very friendly and I got to lift a little after my workout as well: Lovely. Go there!!
