M	MAIEMI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colomba al pistacchio con crema al pistacchio crema molto buona, colomba anche ma avendo assaggiato una colomba con olio di oliva invece che il burro per la lavorazione, quella con l olio di oliva la preferisco, oltre anche ad essere (diciamo meno dannosa) quindi buona la colomba ma spero che anche il panificio San Giuseppe come ingredienti userà un buon olio invece che il burro, gli do da 1 a 10 un 6 e mezzo Pistachio colomba with pistachio cream very good cream, also colomba but having tasted a colomba with olive oil instead of butter for processing, I prefer the one with olive oil, as well as being (let's say less harmful) so the dove is good but I hope that the San Giuseppe bakery will use a good oil instead of butter as ingredients, I give it from 1 to 10 a 6 and a half
N	Nita Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che questa è una recensione per un ordine di un Pandoro al pistacchio ordinato online da loro. Ho ordinato un pandoro al pistacchio che mi è arrivato nei tempi previsti (unica nota positiva). Il problema del pandoro stesso è innanzitutto che sembra lievitato male, in quanto la parte bassa è schiacciata e molto dura. Il secondo problema è che non si sente "l'artigianalità" del prodotto, ovvero il pandoro in questione potrebbe benissimo essere scambiato per un qualsiasi pandoro acquistato al supermercato, non vi è (almeno a mio avviso) assolutamente alcuna differenza. La "glassa al pistacchio" è abbastanza buona anche se un pó dolce e prevalentemente composta da cioccolato bianco che quindi risulta pesante e , per gli amanti del pistacchio, poco "pistacchiosa". È comunque doveroso precisare che il torrone al pistacchio incluso era molto buono e gradito. I state that this is a review for an order of a Pistachio Pandoro ordered online from them. I ordered a pistachio pandoro which arrived on schedule (the only positive note). The pandoro problem itself first of all it seems to have risen badly, as the lower part is flattened and very hard. The second problem is that you do not feel the "craftsmanship" of the product, or the pandoro in question could very well be mistaken for any pandoro bought at the supermarket, there is (at least in my opinion) absolutely no difference. The "pistachio glaze" is quite good even if a little sweet and mainly composed of white chocolate which is therefore heavy and, for pistachio lovers, a little "pistachio". However, it should be noted that the pistachio nougat included was very good and appreciated.
