D	Domenico Bonacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fidatevi di ciò che dicono, controllate sempre quello che state attivando, io presi un cellulare dilazionando il pagamento per 30mesi con la Tim in quando clt da oltre 3anni, chiesi se anche il numero mobile era vincolato per 30mesi e loro NO TRANQUILLO perché sulla Sim non viene attivata nessuna promo legata allo smartphone il numero serve per avere aderire alla promo. .. Morale della favola? 300€ di penale per incopetenza.. E non finisce qui, chiamo per avere info e mi rispondono E SECONDO TE LO REGALIAMO? e io no lo sto pagando sulla carta... Cmq guardatevi bene... Se potete evitare lo. Non é certo il caso del centro Tim Komunicando, dove la professionalità e la disponibilità si fondono per andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente...personale preparato che modella sulle richieste singole diverse possibilità di scelta sempre al servizio del cliente...se cerchi il meglio non puoi confonderti...centro Tim Komunicando... al centto sempre dei tuoi desideri... Ho richiesto l'attivazione di tim unica nel negozio dove mi è stato detto più volte che l'operazione era andata a buon fine ed era terminata; ebbene così non lo è stato poichè dopo 7 giorni senza alcuna attivazione,chiamando gli operatori della tim mi è stato riferito che non era stata fatta alcuna operazione sulla mia linea. Ringrazio per il tempo perso e per la poca efficienza. Bad service accompanied by haste, little professionalism and arrogance. I requested the activation of a single tim in the shop where I was told several times that the operation had been successful and had ended; well it was not so because after 7 days without any activation, by calling the tim operators I was told that no operation had been made on my line. Thanks for the lost time and for the little efficiency.
