Approccio alla difesa personale a 360 gradi. Intuitivo, realistico ed estremamente efficace. L'istruttore non è il solito esaltato che ti insegna cose fuori dal normale ma ha un'attenzione particolare anche all'aspetto legale (cos'è la legittima difesa, come, quando e SE reagire).
Fantastico anche l'allenamento sotto stress, fondamentale se vogliamo davvero ricordarci le tecniche nel momento del bisogno
Professionalism and effectiveness.
360-degree approach to self-defense. Intuitive, realistic and extremely effective. The instructor is not the usual exalted who teaches you things out of the ordinary but also pays particular attention to the legal aspect (what is self-defense, how, when and IF to react).
Training under stress is also fantastic, essential if we really want to remember the techniques in times of need
