Si può mangiare di tutto ed i loro antipasti sono qualcosa di sublime, ma il pezzo forte è la carne, ogni volta una novità. Stasera ho assaggiato il sashi finlandese e ne è valsa la pena. Luogo ideale per i carnivori. Small place not too large, intimate, easy to reach and park, where the chef loves meat very much. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dall'antipasto al dolce... La maestria e la passione dello chef ci ha fatto vivere un'emozione culinaria mai provata prima... Sono passati mesi dall'ora ma ricordo perfettamente quella bella sensazione che davvero pochissimi ristoranti mi hanno regalato. ...e anzi ringrazio ancora lo Chef per la bellissima esperienza culinaria che ci ha fatto vivere!! Parlando della nostra ordinazione, comprendeva un:"RAVIOLONE" questo il nome della pietanza contenente 10 ravioli grandi e veramente gustosi; "ENTRECOTE AI PORCINI", carne dal colore e dal gusto strepitosi; "TAGLIATA BLACK ANGUS" che con aggiunta di rucola e scaglie di parmigiano non puoi che rimanerne estasiato; E per concludere, una "BISTECCA KOBE" che con un letto di rucola saprà estasiare anche i palati più fini. Tutto ciò accompagnato con contorni di: "PATATA OLANDESE FRITTA", "PATATA FRITTA AI PEPI" e "VERDURE GRIGLIATE" e per concludere un dolce "CHEESECAKE AL CARAMELLO" e "CHEESECAKE AL CIOCCOLATO". Ciò che rendono ancora più speciale questo luogo di ristorazione sono il personale di sala veramente cortese, preparato, accogliente e molto ma molto professionale, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta e ultimo ma non per importanza, lo chef che ci ha deliziato con i piatti prima esposti e con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, farci assaporare un assaggio di "RISO VENERE CON CREMA AI PEPERONI" e un dolce "SOUFFLÉ ALLE MERINGHE" veramente strepitosi. Tempistiche ottime, cotture delle carni ottime a dir poco perfette, locale accogliente ma sofisticato. Inutile dire che ci si tornerà nuovamente, veramente incredibile. Per non parlare del servizio molto professionale: processo e selezione dei prodotti spiegati in modo impeccabile e sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Unica pecca che purtroppo ho riscontrato almeno quando sono andato io, è che non era presente un menu, per cui un cliente non poteva rendersi conto alla spesa che avrebbe potuto affrontare a fine cena (spero che risolvino in fretta il problema perché a quanto detto stavano lavorando ad un nuovo menu). Per il resto nulla da dire, tutto perfetto e più che consigliato! Excellent dining experience! The food is not only well presented but also of excellent quality and is a joy for the palate! Abbiamo fatto bene a prenotare perché l'abbiamo trovato pieno. Nonostante non sia in una zona centrale, evidentemente è già conosciuto da chi ci bazzica e tramite il passaparola è arrivato un po' più lontano. Vi si trovano carni particolari, e si mangia molto bene. Il prezzo è alto, ma immagino che sia dovuto al tipo di carne scelta oltre al fatto che i prezzi della carne siano aumentati di recente. Tutto curato nel dettaglio: impiattamenti puliti, ordinati; ?????????? e attenzione in sala, anche nel poeticizzare le portate, gli ingredienti, i tempi di marinatura. Cestino di pane che già ?? ????, antipasto che vorresti non finisse mai (il riso venere con crema di pistacchio penso sia tra i più semplici ma tra i più gustosi, oltre al fiore di zucca, la tempura.. Vabbè tutto). La Carne di ?????? ???????' ? ????????? (l'ago della bilancia per le 5 stelle) e attenzione del cameriere nel chiedere se il punto di cottura è di gradimento secondo la richiesta. I contorni ????????????, saporiti. Nota stonata: il menù non visibile, almeno la sera in cui sono stata io. Non mette in condizione il cliente di conoscere i prezzi.
