★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio questa gioielleria, ho portato in riparazione una catenina con fermaglio rotto, che hanno sostituito con un altro rotto. Ingenuità mia il non controllare al ritiro, ma purtroppo forse ho ancora troppa fiducia nella professionalità delle persone, fiducia non ricambiata in quanto hanno subito dato scontato che l'avessi rotta nuovamente non considerando neanche per un attimo il loro errore. Infatti il motivo per cui lascio la recensione negativa non è l'aver sbagliato la riparazione, siamo umani e possiamo sbagliare, è l'incolpare subito chi hai di fronte. Io so di non averla rotta, l'avevo riposta nell'armadio e quando e stata presa fuori dalla bustina l'ho trovata così (a meno che uno gnomo nel frattempo non sia andato nel mio armadio e l'abbia strappata). Difficilmente lascio recensioni soprattutto negative ma vivo onestamente e quando questo viene messo in discussione a priori reagisco d'istinto. Al di là di questo, credo sia davvero una mancanza di professionalità mettere immediatamente in discussione la parola di un cliente e non considerare neanche per un attimo la possibilità di avere sbagliato. Detto questo io sono a posto con la mia coscienza e troverò sicuramente un altro gioielliere in grado di fare un lavoro migliore.
I do not recommend this jewelry, I have repaired a chain with a broken clasp, which they replaced with another broken one. My ingenuity is not checking on retirement, but unfortunately perhaps I still have too much confidence in the professionalism of the people, trust not reciprocated as they immediately assumed that I had broken it again, not even considering their mistake for a moment. In fact, the reason why I leave the negative review is not having made a mistake in the repair, we are human and we can make a mistake, it is immediately to blame who you are facing. I know I haven't broken it, I had placed it in the closet and when it was taken out of the bag I found it like this (unless a gnome in the meantime went to my closet and tore it). I hardly leave mostly negative reviews but I live honestly and when this is questioned a priori I react instinctively. Beyond this, I believe it is really a lack of professionalism to immediately question the word of a customer and not even consider for a moment the possibility of being wrong. Having said that I am okay with my conscience and I will certainly find another jeweler who can do a better job.
