Aggiungiamo il prezzo veramente competitivo in relazione al prodotto, e la perfetta assistenza post-vendita: nel mio caso avevo ordinato i faretti led con una temperatura colore che al momento di provarli nel mio ambiente è risultata troppo "fredda"; dopo uno scambio di mail, ho rispedito indietro i faretti e KingLed mi ha inviato in sostituzione quelli con la temperatura colore più adatta. We add the really competitive price in relation to the product, and the perfect after-sales assistance: in my case I had ordered the LED spotlights with a color temperature which at the time of trying them in my room was too "cold"; after an email exchange, I sent the spotlights back and KingLed sent me the ones with the most suitable color temperature as replacement. Il materiale è tutto di assoluta buona qualità, le spedizioni superveloci, gli imballaggi di buona fattura. Ho però avuto un problema su un articolo che ho ordinato due volte a distanza di diversi mesi. Il problema dipendeva dal fatto che il prodotto è stato aggiornato per quanto riguarda il sistema di fissaggio che non era più compatibile con le mie esigenze. Dalle foto non si capiva (sotto questo profilo consiglio a KingLed di aggiornare sempre le foto a catalogo), ma nonostante questo devo riconoscere all'azienda KingLed che sono stati molto disponibili e soprattutto che hanno fatto di tutto per risolvermi il problema riuscendo nell'intento al 100%. The problem depended on the fact that the product was updated regarding the fixing system which was no longer compatible with my needs. It was not clear from the photos (from this point of view I advise KingLed to always update the photos in the catalog), but despite this I have to recognize the KingLed company that they were very helpful and above all that they did everything they could to solve the problem by succeeding in the intent at 100%. Servizio più che pessimo, da evitare.
