Assurdo rifiutarsi di erogare 5€ di gpl, pazzesco lavorate con il gpl stando al telefono, inaccettabile aggredire un cliente senza neanche avergli chiesto qualcosa. i	i landri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo alla fine dopo l’ennesima accoglienza inospitale mi sono impuntato a scrivere questa recensione. Personale per niente accogliente e l’ultima volta mi si è rivolto anche con tono minaccioso per dirmi che dovevo fermarmi con l’auto 10 metri oltre la pompa (preciso che non c’erano altre auto). Ma fermarmi più avanti di molto non mi permette di controllare il prezzo e devo scendere dall'auto. Comunque il tono con cui mi è stato detto (e non chiesto) è stato minaccioso. Altre volte non è andata meglio, accettano solo banconote e se ti presenti con 50 euro hanno avuto da ridire e se porti le monete contate al centesimo hanno borbottato per le monetine. Conclusione, pur di non rapportarmi di nuovo con certe persone penso che allungherò un po e pagherò un po di più alla FINA, ma almeno vengo trattato meglio. Scriverò sicuramente alla Beyfin!!! Un giorno vado e chiedo 5 euro di gpl. La "signora" mi dice che 5 euro non ne fanno, minimo 10. Alla mia rimostranza, visto che 5 euro li fanno ovunque, la signora mi risponde facendomi il verso come i bambini dell'asilo!!!!! Basito dalla situazione le dico di farmi il pieno, sbagliando: la volta prossima chiamo direttamente la guardia di finanza e vedo cosa ne pensano loro, se non posso richiedere 5 euro di gpl. Ma tanto non ci sarà una prossima volta. Se volete rischiare di essere trattati come bambini dell'asilo questo è il vostro distributore. Nelle due occasioni che sono stato lì ho avuto lo stessa sensazione: mi sono sembrati quasi infastiditi che stessero lavorando o servendo il cliente. La prima volta dopo aver erogato GPL, il signore mi ha ordinato di avanzare con la macchina con toni non troppo educati, togliendomi dalla posizione di erogazione, quando dietro di me non c’era nessun auto in attesa. La seconda volta, ho notato vicino all erogatore GPL c’è un cartello, con un avvertenza, “si accettano solo Carte Bancomat, no postepay, no carte di credito.” E poi in piccolo: “il servizio sarà solo per un importo minimo di 15,00€.” Ho letto anche recensioni di rifornimenti con prezzi più alti rispetto a quelli dichiarati dai tabelloni. Metto una stella perché è il minimo che possa inserire, ma spero di trovare un altro erogatore GPL in zona e sconsiglio il posto a meno che non si cambi atteggiamento da parte dei benzinai. Mi ha rubato circa 7€. Assolutamente da evitare. Sono stati anche molto scortesi e arroganti. P	Paolo Barichella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato 2 giorni fa per fare il pieno di GPL pagando tramite smartphone ed ho trovato una signora molto gentile e cordiale che alla mia richiesta di modalità di saldo ha subito mostrato disponibilità e sorriso. Oggi passo per fare un altro pieno e trovo un ragazzo che con atteggiamento scontroso e scortese mi dice che non accettano pagamenti tramite mobile device. Gli ho spiegato che 2 giorni prima la signora aveva accettato senza battere ciglio, ma mi ha praticamente dato del bugiardo. Non ha voluto sentire la minima ragione e mi ha obbligato a chiedere i contanti in prestito al mio passeggero. Penso proprio che non tornerò più.
