Clienti in cassa che vogliono pagare, completamente ignorate per chiacchierate personali..sono due volte che vado e due volte che ho la stessa esperienza ..negativa. Obviously the evaluation is on the personal and not on the product .. "Want to work on me" I want to chat instead so much ... Customers in cash who want to pay, completely ignored for personal chats .. two times I'm going and two times that I have the same negative experience.
Y	Yasmine Basirat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri pomeriggio siamo passate al negozio alla ricerca di un fondotinta per la mia amica, all'inizio le commesse sono sembrate prone ad aiutarci (sfortunatamente non avendo una buona preparazione in materia hanno proposto opzioni leggermente a caso). Poi nel momento in cui la mia amica stava riflettendo sulle colorazioni del fondotinta e della probabilità di acquistare un bronzer la commessa che ci stava aiutando si é allontanata con fare annoiato ed é tornata dietro la cassa. Potrei capire la situazione se altri clienti avessero avuto bisogno di aiuto o meno, ma non trovo tollerabile l'atteggiamento di 'mollare' una cliente nel momento decisionale che avrebbe potuto portare ad un crossselling. Trovo il personale di questo negozio poco qualificato e solo minimamente attento al bisogno della clientela, ed a questo punto in quanto volto del brand inizio a pensare la stessa cosa del brand Kiko. É un dispiacere poiché sono stata cliente per anni ed ho visitato negozi anche in altre capitali europee ed é la prima volta che trovo il servizio al cliente del brand così pessimo. Yesterday afternoon we went to the store looking for a foundation for my friend, at the beginning the orders seemed to help us (unfortunately not having a good preparation on the subject they proposed slightly random options). Then the moment my friend was reflecting on the colors of the foundation and the likelihood of buying a bronzer, the assistant who was helping us left with a bored face and went back behind the box. I could understand the situation if other clients had needed help or not, but I don't find the attitude of 'giving up' a client in the decision-making moment that could lead to cross-selling to be tolerable. I find the staff at this little shop and qualified only minimally attentive to the needs of customers, and at this point as the face of the brand beginning to think the same thing of Kiko brand. It is a disappointment because I was customer for years and have also visited shops in other European capitals and is the first time that I find the customer service of the brand that bad.
T	Tonia Di Chinno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiko ha ottimi prodotti ....ma le commesse non sono in grado di fare il loro lavoro ..sono maleducate nei confronti dei clienti .anche a me dopo due 2 M.mi hanno lasciata e sono tornate dietro alla cassa a chiacchierare tra di loro....io sono stata in altri negozi Kiko e sono stata servita e riverita consigliata e fatto provare i prodotti e ne sono uscita sodisfatta Kiko has excellent products .... but the orders are not able to do their job .. they are rude towards customers. Even after two 2 M. they left me and went back to the cashier to chat to each other them .... I have been to other Kiko shops and have been served and revered recommended and made to try the products and I am satisfied
