I prezzi sono decisamente alti rispetto al mercato . Sicuramente ha articoli ricercati e non comuni. Personale cordiale e gentile . Shop stocked with both baby food and early childhood accessories, games for grown-ups and clothing. The prices are very high compared to the market. It definitely has sought after and uncommon items. Friendly and polite staff.

Ho acquistato due confezioni di latte Aptamil 1 e una scatola di pannolini taglia 3,uscita dal negozio ho riflettuto e deciso di cambiare i pannolini per vari motivi che non sto qui ad elencare. Sono tornata al negozio con lo scontrino chiedendo alla commessa di poter effettuare un cambio,mi è stato detto che i pannolini non possono essere cambiati assolutamente. Nonostante fossi stata in negozio nemmeno 5 minuti prima e nonostante la scatola fosse chiusa,con tanto di scontrino. Mi sembra assurdo che non ho potuto acquistare altro a me necessario,rientrando nello stesso prezzo di ciò che avrei scelto di cambiare. Trovo il tutto insensato. Non ci tornerò più. Sono un cliente abituale in quanto mi trovo bene a livello di ambiente e a livello di personale,le commesse sono sempre super gentili e preparate su qualsiasi argomento. Siccome l'idea di avere il "privilegio" di accedere ad un luogo a scapito di altri cittadini mi fa un discreto ribrezzo, da oggi NON SPENDERÒ PIÙ I MIEI DENARI DA BIMBI E MAMME. Il locale è ampio e ben fornito. I prezzi sono leggermente alti rispetto ad altri negozi dello stesso tipo. I buoni regalo non possono essere utilizzati per l'acquisto di tutti i prodotti presenti in negozio, non capisco il perché... comunque, dovrebbero specificarlo prima di vendere il buono. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Addirittura mi hanno potato la spesa fino alla macchina e montato il seggiolino. Negozio molto assortito, pulito e ben tenuto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio a tutti I have been going to the shop for months and have bought a lot of things for my baby. They have always advised and supported me. A	Anita L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno regalato queste paperelle inizio mese di febbraio, esattamente il 3 febbraio. andata oggi 1 marzo 2022 per il cambio e non mi hanno voluto effettuare il cambio della merce perché erano passati i 15 gg dalla data di acquisto. solitamente sono 30 i giorni per effettuare un cambio in quasi tutti i negozi, ma visto che voi adottate in altra politica di reso, almeno abbiate la cura di indicare sullo scontrino regalo che i giorni sono 15. Poi tanta “ furbizia”… sicuramente avrei speso di più del valore delle paperelle ma rimandandomi indietro hanno perso un ulteriore guadagno. Sicuramente non ci metterò mai mai più piede in questo negozio ma soprattutto avviserò tutti i parenti ed amici di non comprarci mai più niente.
