S	Stella Palestini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata a villa bebe ' per prendere il lego super Mario, arrivo in cassa e mi viene proposto di prendere un secondo gioco per usufruire dello sconto del 50%sul secondo gioco ,ho accettato ,purtroppo sbagliando perché potevo prendere un altra scatola di lego per aggiungere al super Mario ,invece ho preso altro,sono tornata nel punto vendita per chiedere un cambio e mi è stato risposto che nn potevo farlo ,vorrei sapere perché visto che ho lo scontrino,mi successe la stessa cosa tanti anni fa con la concorrenza e nn ricevetti lo stesso trattamento vuol dire che nn metterò più piede nel negozio . La prima volta era in scaffale e la seconda volta il commesso mi ha preso l'ordine e mi ha contattato telefonicamente all'arrivo del prodotto. Premesso che parto da Manoppello per prendere il latte a questo prezzo conveniente. Settimana scorsa senza ordinare nulla il ragazzo mi chiama per dirmi che il latte era arrivato e che era da parte... Bene, tutta felice mi recò in negozio e prendo i miei 2 barattoli di latte vado in cassa ed il totale era € 21.98!!! HO chiesto alla cassiera il motivo di questo aumento e non ha saputo rispondermi. ORA dico io... Mi chiamate voi senza che io abbia ordinato nulla ed in più aumentate i prezzi!?! I took my milk n ° 2 twice for € 8.80. Faccio un ordine da 120€ e volete anche 6€ di spedizione al checkout. Contatto per mail il servizio clienti che mi dice che la promozione è terminata. Ma se me lo avete scritto voi mezz'ora prima!! Modo assurdo di fidelizzare il cliente, soprattutto in questa emergenza in cui anche il più piccolo commerciante effettua spedizione gratuita. Ovviamente annullerò l'ordine e non comprerò mai più niente neanche nel negozio fisico. Saluti! I tried to place an order online, your email arrives telling me that above € 69 the shipping is free. Prezzi più o meno ok, mi piacerebbe ci fossero più offerte anche su articoli particolari e sempre troppo costosi. Spero di non dover mai modificare in negativo questa recensione, in fondo basta poco per essere sempre gentili e disponibili. One of the few well-stocked shops for children in the area and with competitive prices !! Friendly, nice and competent staff! I highly recommend!
