Dopo aver fissato l’appuntamento per una consulenza diversi giorni prima, sono stata ricontatta 2 volte in un giorno per la conferma. Il giorno dell’appunta dopo aver aspettato 45 minuti e spazientitami per l’attesa mi sono rivolta alla segretaria per chiedere spiegazioni e mi sono sentita rispondere: “ehh si oggi e andata cosi”. A quel punto ho preso la mia borsa, e me ne sono andata. Pessima esperienza!!! I searched the internet for a beauty center that had Mediostar XL in the area. After making an appointment for a consultation several days before, I was contacted twice in one day for confirmation. On the day of the appointment, after waiting 45 minutes and getting impatient for waiting, I turned to the secretary to ask for explanations and I heard the answer: "Oh yes, today it went like this". At that point I took my bag, and left. Bad experience !!!

s	serena fossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato il pacchetto "Epilazione definitiva" con MedioStar con possibilità di rateizzare ma con un totale di sedute prefissato da loro e senza possibilità di pagare invece a seduta.Ho pagato un prezzo allucinante (quasi 50 euro a seduta) per un totale di quasi 1500 euro e senza risultati. Ho ancora tutti i peli così come ce li avevo quando ho iniziato il trattamento.Lo staff mi ha proposto aggiungere altre sedute perchè secondo il loro giudizio il numero di sedute era insufficiente per la risoluzione del problema ma ovviamente non ho accettato.Diffidate da questo centro estetico che è solo attraente e curato ma di poca sostanza e con prezzi elevatissimi. Cera braccia 20 euro..di solito la faccio a 10 euro. Tempi di attesa biblici senza parlare della presa in carico del cliente che avveniva dopo 10 min che stavi lì ad aspettare. Non ci metterò più piede!! I bought the "Permanent hair removal" package with MedioStar with the possibility of paying in installments but with a total of sessions set by them and without the possibility of paying instead per session. I paid a hallucinating price (almost 50 euros per session) for a total of almost 1500 euro and without results. I still have all the hair as I had when I started the treatment.The staff proposed me to add more sessions because according to their judgment the number of sessions was insufficient to solve the problem but obviously I did not accept. aesthetic that is only attractive and cared for but of little substance and with very high prices. Arms wax 20 euros..I usually do it for 10 euros. Biblical waiting times without speaking of taking charge of the customer that took place after 10 minutes that you were there waiting. I will never set foot there again !!
