Purtroppo a distanza di 6 mesi non si è fatto vivo ancora nessuno.
CHE DISASTRO!
lo scorso agosto (2020) ho acquistato una VEGA da Progetto Infissi a Lucca.
di per sè l'installazione è stata sofferta e sono dovuti intervenire ripetutamente.
volevo denunciare il fatto che a distanza di quasi un anno non hanno ancora completato il lavoro dovendo:
- installare una riquadratura ad uno dei punti di fissaggio al muro
- sistemare le chiusure laterali barre led che si allentano e cadono
ritengo che questo non sia accettabile, dato il prestigio del nome ed il costo piuttosto rilevante da me sostenuto.

WHAT A MESS!
last August (2020) I bought a VEGA from Progetto Infissi in Lucca.
in itself the installation was suffered and they had to intervene repeatedly.
I wanted to denounce the fact that after almost a year they have not yet completed the work due to:
- install a frame at one of the fixing points on the wall
- fix the side closures of the led bars that loosen and fall
I think this is not acceptable, given the prestige of the name and the rather significant cost incurred by me.

Dopo 5 mesi sono venute a montarle e con un operaio “S. Zipoli “
che sembrava a dir poco professionale (scegliete meglio il personale perché è il vostro specchio )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che zero stelle non si possono mettere. Dall'agente, ai due montatori venuti per la sola sostituzione di un motore tenda. L'agente, brava persona, anche disponibile, ma dopo ore passate al telefono, visita in showroom, e sopralluoghi non è riuscito a vendermi una semplice tenda da esterno. Un'infinità di problematiche risolte poi da altri, mi hanno fatto desistere dall'acquisto. I montatori, hanno sporcato l'inverosimile dentro e fuori. In terrazza silicone o comunque materiale appicicatticcio ovunque.
Mai più; spiace perchè lo showroom mi è piaciuto.
Too bad that zero stars cannot be added. From the agent, to the two fitters who came only to replace a curtain motor. The agent, a good person, also available, but after hours spent on the phone, visiting the showroom, and inspections, he was unable to sell me a simple outdoor tent. An infinity of problems later solved by others, made me desist from buying. The editors have dirtied the improbable inside and out. On the terrace silicone or otherwise sticky material everywhere.
Never again; I'm sorry because I liked the showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai è da due anni che ho delle tende KE e da quasi due anni che lamento il malfunzionamento perché continuano a scendere da sole, senza avere un allineamento corretto, la KE continua a clissare e a non darmi il nominativo di un centro assistenza che, oggi, ho capito non esserci. dopo infinite chiamate anche in azienda, non riesco ad avere la risoluzione del problema. mi vedrò costretto a togliere il prodotto KE per installare qualcosa di qualità. Mi sapete dare un nome di un’azienda seria che abbia anche un servizio di assistenza nel post vendita????
For two years now I have had KE tents and for almost two years I have complained about the malfunction because they continue to go down by themselves, without having a correct alignment, the KE continues to cliss and not give me the name of a service center which, today, I understood not to be there. after endless calls even in the company, I cannot find the resolution of the problem. I will be forced to remove the KE product to install something of quality. Can you give me a name for a serious company that also has an after-sales service ????
