Ho provato a chiamarli una volta x richiedere nuovamente un preventivo. Si sono scusati ed hanno detto che mi avrebbero contattato ma dopo di ciò sono spariti nuovamente. Ho provato a richiamare e proprio non rispondono più e attaccano il Tel. Professionalità zero! In risposta alla sua contestazione credo che per avere un paio di rendering non ci voglia un mese. Ovviamente ho avuto contatti con altri colleghi del settore e le assicuro che non è questo il trattamento che ho ricevuto. Ma non c è problema. Se questo è il suo modo di lavorare va bene... ma io come cliente ho la possibilità di poter scegliere. E preferisco un servizio più completo e con un assistenza più efficace. Nulla di più. E anche mio diritto lasciare una recensione se non mi sono trovata bene. E il suo ruolo non è di contestare. Ma di capire xke non mi sono trovata bene e servire al meglio il prossimo cliente. Colore sbagliato delle tende (completamente diverse da campione) sono state cambiate sul posto a gran fatica, incompetenza, maleducazione e rimontare di fretta e malamente. 2. Dopo un’anno una tenda urge di riparazione già sfilacciata e sfilata all’estremita’ con bracci che si incastrano in chiusura. 3. Telefonato e sollecitato ben tre volte per intervento di riparazione (ancora in garanzia) risposta: si si veniamo....e sottofondo si è sentito “con il c....o che veniamo”. Per cui servizio, affidabilità, serietà e rispetto ai clienti davvero pessimo e inesistente. Non da consigliare.
