★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che il prodotto è buono (tende Arquati) , la ditta invece è imprecisa, inaffidabile e con atteggiamenti al limite del lecito e dell'onestà. Assolutamente sconsigliati.
Given that the product is good (Arquati tents), the company, on the other hand, is imprecise, unreliable and with attitudes bordering on lawfulness and honesty. Absolutely not recommended.

[Risposta] Invece di fare polemica provate a capire dove avete sbagliato per evitare di perdere altri clienti. Guardando le altre valutazioni non penso che la nostra esperienza sia stata l’unica. Buon lavoro!
Bad after-sales service. Appointments where nobody shows up, without warning. I would never buy from them again.
[Answer] Instead of controversy, try to figure out where you went wrong to avoid losing other customers. Looking at the other evaluations I don't think our experience was the only one. Good job!
