Ho sostituito tutte le tende da sole avvolgibili con le tende Arquati. I ragazzi hanno lasciato la casa pulita. Devo rifare anche alcune zanzariere con loro. Ottima esperienza! Il signor Sergio fa il sopralluogo (e poi il montaggio) rispondendo ad ogni dubbio ed esaurendo ogni richiesta con gentilezza e professionalità. Ho usufruito della detrazione del 50% direttamente sulla fattura per riqualificazione energetica; tutta la pratica è stata svolta in modo facile e veloce tramite e-mail da parte della impiegata amministrativa che è gentilissima. Un professionista deve soprattutto esser in grado di rimediare ai propri errori (riconosciuti) con i fatti, non a parole. Che dire, grazie per il mancato servizio, per il tempo perso, per la mancata disponibilità, per “l’impeccabile” professionalità, ma soprattutto per continuare a darmi del fesso, visto che da voi l’unica cosa ottenuta (più volte) è la ragione… Evidentemente siete nella facoltà di snobbare alcune richieste di lavoro. Ora potete rispondere quello che vi pare, ma se siete coerenti e onesti evitate, visto che ho aspettato diversi giorni prima di recensirvi, dando ultima speranza nel rimediare il tutto (come voi avevate accennato al telefono)… The worst thing for a customer is to feel cheated, playing upwards with estimates 3 times, reaching double the starting figure, asking, among other things, for a first deposit upon inspection.
