Grande pazienza e fermezza nel perseverare sulle visite e con i potenziali acquirenti! Non posso altro che dire che l’Agenzia è andata oltre le nostre aspettative! La consiglio veramente a chiunque vuole vedere un immobile!
 An agency that has proved to be very competent and tenacious in relations and negotiations. The quality of the work carried out was excellent. Great patience and firmness in persevering on visits and with potential buyers! I can only say that the Agency has gone beyond our expectations! I really recommend it to anyone who wants to see a property!

Kastriot e' un lavoratore instancabile. Ha seguito la mia situazione per tutto il processo da inizio alla fine, mettendosi sempre nei miei panni e facendo le mie veci, anche quando avrebbe potuto pensare a se stesso e a chiudere prima l'affare. Kastriot si dedica al cliente al 100%, e in piu' occasioni mi ha stupito, spuntando un prezzo anche migliore di quanto pattuito con me, mostrando come sia non solo un agente, ma una persona di fiducia, che vuole il massimo per il suo cliente, nonostante per lui non cambi nulla. Se avete bisogno di una persona affidabile e che possa gestire le cose al posto tuo (io vivo all'estero e quindi non ho tempo ne possibilita' di farlo in prima persona) allora non dovete cercare oltre. 5 stelle sono anche poche.
Kastriot went above and beyond my expectations. I have been amazed in more than 1 occasion on the dedication he had to take my side, even against his own profit. He took the negotiation in his hands and behaved like if he was the owner, getting a better deal for myself, above what I was happy with, at no extra gains at all for him. If you are looking for someone you can trust 100% to be on your side, look no further. 5 stars are not even enough.

Kastriot is a tireless worker. He followed my situation throughout the process from start to finish, always putting himself in my shoes and acting on my behalf, even when he could have thought of himself and closed the deal first. Kastriot is 100% dedicated to the customer, and on several occasions he amazed me, getting an even better price than what was agreed with me, showing how he is not only an agent, but a trusted person, who wants the best for his customer, although nothing changes for him. If you need a reliable person who can handle things for you (I live abroad so I don't have the time or the opportunity to do it myself) then look no further. 5 stars are also few.
