From the beggining of partnership, they were really unprofesional and they did not want to give any information or to do something before they get money for that. Moreover, once when you pay them they will stop answering on your phone calls and messages, so you can forget about any type of help! The girl is really unfriendly, unprofessional and without any knowledge of the job she is working. My warm advice is to avoide this agency unless you want to be scammed! Only shame!!!

If anything, it makes you less credible as a business. Your responses to people's grievances on Google Reviews also appears to lack any degree of professional vocabulary. The owner(s) seem susceptible to reactivity and emotional outbursts. Response to owner. In response to the owner's remarks on this review; I can assure you I am neither an estate agent, or even Italian. My comments are reflective of your online presence. When you receive an unfavorable review, instead of a professional and objective response, you seem to give into your chimpanzee. I must ask if all Estate Agents in Italy as self-indulgent as yourselves? Do properties even sell in Italy anymore, is this still due to the economic condition, or are you all just lazy and sitting on your laurels? As a matter of comedy; I'm interested in which agency has it out for you, feel free to post the name because it is of no concern to me. Just so I know who to avoid when I may be buying or selling in Piacenza!
