★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora Katia al telefono mi aveva detto 20 euro per lavaggio, taglio e piega ai capelli invece mi ha preso 25 euro. Le ho chiesto come mai al telefono mi ha chiesto 20 euro e adesso ha tenuto 5 euro in più? Lei mi ha risposto, 5 euro in più o in meno non cambiano tanto lei ha lavato i capelli, e messo balsamo poi dopo le ho messo la cheratina, rimango basita. Ma dovevo prendere il shampoo e balsamo da casa!! Dopodiché non mi dà nemmeno la ricevuta fiscale, le ho chiesto ma la ricevuta!? Lei di nuovo mi risponde, eh ma se lo vuole glielo faccio ? ho detto no no lascia stare. NON SI FA'COSIII, SIATE ONESTI CON I PREZZI CHÉ VOI STESSI AVETE DECISO.
