Una giungla in cui bisogna avere già ben chiaro il padiglione da raggiungere perché altrimenti una volta superato il cancello di ingresso è quasi impossibile orientarsi. Impossibile utilizzare l'auto anche se questo ospedale è pieno zeppo di auto da non riuscire nemmeno a passare sulle striscie pedonali. Bruttissima impressione circolando per questa struttura: bentornati nell'Italia degli anni Cinquanta. Sembra un'ospedale di una caserma. La lista di cose da migliorare è lunghissima: preparazione delle persone alla reception, indicazioni, sistema di mappe, macchinette dei caffè, cartelli insensati un po' ovunque, pulizia così così, comunicazione tra reparti da rivedere, cassa parcheggio sempre pieno (quando il sistema elettronico di pagamento?). Tutte le stelle disponibili per il personale del pronto soccorso ginecologico. Tra i migliori di Italia. Purtroppo il resto è gravemente insufficiente. La navetta gratuita non si sa che orari faccia, versa in uno stato di degrado che spinge a chiedersi: ma chi la guida come fa a fare questo lavoro in queste condizioni? Fin qua tutto ok, io dovevo fare il tampone molecolare e mi aspettavo di trovare delle indicazioni, invece niente, mi sono addirittura persa, perché lo spazio è immenso e dispersivo e di prima mattina non c'è molta gente per strada a cui chiedere. Penso agli anziani che fanno fatica a camminare e mi chiedo se non sia meglio agevolare il paziente con indicazioni puntuali? Basterebbe davvero poco.
