Hanno la loro carta sconto, io l'ho sempre utilizzata e ho sempre trovato un motivo per tornare ? Excellent toy shop in the historic center, inside the ZTL. Wide choice, latest trends available, good prices. The staff are polite and professional. They have their discount card, I've always used it and I've always found a reason to return ?

Fanno arrivare quindi di proposito le persone dall'altra parte della città per poi dire che si sono sbagliati, senza neanche avvisare telefonicamente prima visto che si erano presi il numero. Assolutamente da evitare. Zero zero zero!!!! Zero professionalism. They claim that you have goods by telephone, confirming twice. They then purposely get people from across the city and then say they were wrong, without even calling them first as they got the number. Absolutely to be avoided. Zero zero zero !!!!

Sono entrato per comprare un regalo alla nipotina e alla fine ho preso un modellino anche per me...si torna bambini ? Wide choice of toys for all ages. Cheerful and very friendly staff. Sono andata in questo negozio, dopo avere visto gli articoli dal loro sito e una volta giunta lì, con le idee abbastanza chiare, trovo la sorpresa che il prezzo del prodotto, al negozio era più elevato di quello inserito del sito. Una volta fatto presente alla commessa la risposta è stata che se io avessi comprato il prodotto on line avrei comunque pagato, aggiungendo il costo di spedizione, la stessa cifra del negozio. Quindi noi facciamo risparmiare al negozio i costi di spedizione andando fisicamente al negozio, ma ci viene a costare allo stesso prezzo come se lo avessimo comprato comodamente da casa,on line, anzi di più, aggiungendo anche la benzina per arrivarci. Insomma un metodo imprenditoriale alquanto insolito e sinceramente a mio avviso non consono a un marchio come Toys. Once I mentioned it to the order, the answer was that if I had bought the product online I would have paid the same amount as the shop by adding the shipping cost. So we save the shipping costs to the store by physically going to the store, but it costs us the same price as if we had bought it comfortably from home, online, even more, adding the petrol to get there. In short, a rather unusual entrepreneurial method and honestly in my opinion not suited to a brand like Toys.
