Tralasciando il fatto che non sono stata informata è proprio una mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti. Mai più! Per ulteriore risposta al suo commento, mi fa piacere che trattate allo stesso modo tutti i clienti sia quelli fidelizzati che quelli di passaggio, ma significa che siete poco disponibili verso tutti. Come dimostrano le foto e come sanno bene sia la commessa sia la proprietaria che è stata contatta telefonicamente il prodotto è perfettamente integro e non avrei mai preteso di cambiare un prodotto usato/danneggiato né senza scontrino infatti ho chiesto se me lo avreste cambiato non appena tornavo con lo scontrino. La risposta è stata mi dispiace ma si poteva cambiare solo fino al 31 dicembre. Le mezze verità le lascio a voi...
