Il posto è molto bello ma non è molto onesta la linea di comportamento della proprietà. Se affitto un ombrellone mi aspetto di poterlo usare quando mi va. Molto più corretto sarebbe dire: è probabile che vi proibiscano di aprirlo se c'è vento, lo volete? Oppure: il costo dell'ombrellone oggi è compreso nel prezzo, perché il vento non ci consente di garantire la piena fruizione del servizio. Non è gentile e commercialmente è contro gli interessi del lido. Not that great. Despite the kindness of the lifeguard, I have to say he went out of his way for a lady there. The place is very nice but the behavior of the property is not very honest. If I rent an umbrella I expect to be able to use it when I want. Much more correct would be to say: it is likely that they forbid you to open it if it is windy, do you want it? Or: the cost of the umbrella is now included in the price, because the wind does not allow us to guarantee full use of the service. It is not polite and commercially it is against the interests of the beach.

La spiaggia purtroppo non è adatta per i bambini perché il livello del mare a riva è veramente profondo. A place where a person can relax, a truly welcoming and professional staff. Unfortunately, the beach is not suitable for children because the sea level on the shore is very deep.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. È piacevole sedersi ai tavoli ombreggiati della zona bar per consumare aperitivi o per ordinare le specialità dello chef ( ottimi gli scialatelli ai frutti di mare, gli spaghetti al riccio e quelli alle vongole...ma tanto altro ancora!) Unica pecca, i vini. Manca una vera cantina con possibilità di scelta.. Degne di nota anche le serate con cena e musica dal vivo. Prezzi nella media. Dimenticavo : è uno dei pochi lidi che accetta i cani. Per me che ho due bassottini non è sempre facile trovare ristoranti, alberghi o spiagge che li accolgano, per cui un merito in più al Katarì. ???? It is the third consecutive year that I renew my subscription to Katarì for the bathing season. The location is wonderful and the water is on average beautiful and crystal clear. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is pleasant to sit at the shady tables in the bar area to have aperitifs or to order the chef's specialties (excellent scialatelli with seafood, spaghetti with sea urchin and those with clams ... but much more!) The only flaw, the wines. There is no real cellar with the possibility of choice .. Also noteworthy are the evenings with dinner and live music. Average prices. I forgot: it is one of the few beaches that accepts dogs. For me, who have two dachshunds, it is not always easy to find restaurants, hotels or beaches that welcome them, so one more merit to Katarì. ????

I know everyone wants to go to Amalfi, but the area here is way more accessible in terms of parking and walkability and the views, while different, are just as good. Highly recommend!!!!!
