If I could I would put zero stars 1 and already a lot. Bad ... highly discouraged staff not at all professional, rude and disrespectful to the customer. The shop looks like a confusing bazaar ... you lose the desire to buy.

Mi sono recato nel loro negozio per fare un cambio di prodotto dato che dopo il primo utilizzo è venuto a rompersi, arrivato al posto il personale ha incominciato a dirmi di non volermi sostituire il prodotto perché a parer loro ero stato io a romperlo, dopo una discussione accesa che mi hanno purtroppo portato a fare data la loro arroganza e la loro poca disponibilità nel cambiare semplicemente un prodotto che era difettoso hanno deciso di farsi lasciare il mio numero dicendomi che mi avrebbero cercato appena sarebbe arrivato il pezzo di ricambio.
Ovviamente ho dovuto chiamare io dopo più di una settimana senza risposte, il giorno dopo finalmente mi richiamano dicendomi di poter venire a ritirare il mio prodotto.
Esperienza pessima per colpa del personale, spero risolvano questo problema.
Really bad and unprofessional staff.
I went to their shop to change the product as after the first use it broke, when I arrived at the place the staff began to tell me not to want to replace the product because in their opinion it was I who broke it, after a heated discussion that unfortunately led me to do given their arrogance and their lack of willingness to simply change a product that was defective, they decided to have my number left telling me that they would look for me as soon as the spare part arrived.
Obviously I had to call after more than a week without answers, the next day they finally call me back and tell me I can come and collect my product.
Bad experience because of the staff, I hope they solve this problem.
