Esperienza molto negativa e non consiglio di comprare in negozio e neanche online...molte volte i prodotti pubblicizzati non corrispondono e ci sono problemi nei cambi e nei rimborsi! Courteous staff ready to help but not very serious company. Very negative experience and I do not recommend buying in the store or even online ... many times the products advertised do not match and there are problems with exchanges and refunds!

Vende della particolare cartoleria, ma non solo, ogni volta il negozio si arricchisce di nuove novita e segue le stagioni, con tanti prodotti di tentenza e idee di compleanno uniche, utili ma soprattutto introvabili. Il personale è cortese, paziente e molto preparato. L'unica pecca è che alcuni prodotti sono un po' cari Shop located inside the Cranes. È inaccettabile.RIPETO inaccettabile non avere delle cannucce colorate e dei bicchieri da cocktail esotici in un negozio del genere!!! Non ci andate.RIPETO non ci andate!! Come un pulisci vetri che e' leggero non si usa detersivo. Come un bollitore portatile. Poi ci sono altre cose interessanti. V	Vincenzo Bonomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa due anni fa ho acquistato una friggitrice ad aria tutto bene dopo circa un anno il cestello ha iniziato a scrostarsi,allora li abbiamo contattati spiegando il motivo,molto gentilmente c'è l'hanno sostituita tutto bene sono passati circa 4 mesi, stavolta il manico ha iniziato a fare la ruggine, mia moglie ieri sera ha telefonato esponendo il problema gli è stato detto di portarla che veniva sostituita con l'altro modello di fornetto.....oggi siamo andati, non hanno voluto sostituirla ma ci davano un'altra uguale, mi sono arrabbiato dicendo una può capitare ma due vuol dire che forse il prodotto non è il massimo della qualità,anche la sua responsabile per telefono ha detto che non si poteva cambiare il prodotto con un'altro diverso ma visto il caso che per ben due volte il prodotto purtroppo non si è rivelato conforme ma difettoso è anche se il regolamento aziendale non lo prevede bisogna fare un'eccezione a questi casi particolari.....ritengo che non sia corretto il loro comportamento....questo è il terzo vediamo cosa succederà.....un consiglio spassionato non comprate elettrodomestici dove non danno garanzie e il prodotto non'è affidabile, pensateci bene.....non basta essere gentili, ma bisogna dare garanzie dei prodotti che vendi e se c'è un prodotto che non rispetta al 100% la qualità e meglio non venderlo visto che i soldi non si trovano sull'albero e la friggitrice l'ho pagata 99€....
