Abbiamo chiesto il prezzo di un quadro (l'albero del cuore), la commessa, molto gentilmente, dopo aver controllato al PC ce lo ha indicato. Arrivate alla cassa, al momento di pagare, la commessa passa il codice a barre e ci dice un nuovo prezzo, sensibilmente superiore di quello che ci aveva detto precedentemente. Le faccio notare che avrei dovuto pagare il prezzo indicato sul cartellino e la commessa sgarbatamente mi risponde che avrei potuto lasciare il quadro in negozio se non più interessata. Decido di acquistarlo lo stesso e chiedo che almeno mi venga fatta una confezione regalo. La commessa torna dal magazzino con uno scatolo grande il doppio del quadro stesso, le faccio notare che avrei fatto brutta figura a presentarmi con uno scatolo praticamente vuoto come regalo e decidono di confezionarlo in una carta regalo. Mi hanno sottolineato che la busta regalo me l'avrebbero regalata, 90cent, rispondo che per il trattamento che avevo ricevuto non era la busta a fare la differenza, pago e vado via. Non ho parole. Un coperchio simile lo avevo comprato in un supermercato per un altro tegame mai avuto di questi problemi, forse perchè ha un forellino per la condensa?
