Maleducata la proprietaria. Un giorno andai a richiedere un calendario omaggio di un'azienda e mi è stato risposto che viene consegnato solo alle migliori clienti. 1) Io sono stata spesso cliente, forse la signora ha scarsa memoria. 2) L'azienda in questione mi ha risposto che non è un "premio" da consegnare alle migliori clienti, ma un regalo per chiunque lo desideri.
Ovviamente, mi sono recata in un'altra erboristeria dove ho notato che clienti affezionate e nuove sono trattate alla pari.
Not always going to this herbalist shop I found what I was looking for.
The owner is rude. One day I went to request a free company calendar and was told that it is only delivered to the best customers. 1) I have often been a client, perhaps the lady has poor memory. 2) The company in question replied that it is not a "prize" to be delivered to the best customers, but a gift for anyone who wishes.
Obviously, I went to another herbalist's shop where I noticed that new and loyal customers are treated equally.
