★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metterò più piede in un negozio Kasanova perchè, dopo quindici anni da cliente affezionata, quando ho avuto bisogno della sostituzione di posate (solo le forchette di tutto il servizio) difettose, mi hanno risposto che in due anni di utilizzo è normale che si rompano i manici. Mai sentito nulla di simile e non penso che un servizio di posate debba durare solo due anni, visto che il precedente l'ho cambiato dopo tredici anni. Sconsiglierò anche ad amici e parenti, pensavo fosse una catena più seria, delusione totale
