A gennaio 2021 ho acquistato un albero di Natale (350€ solo perché era scontato del 50%); qualche giorno fa mi accorgo che la struttura è tutta arrugginita, così torno in negozio munita scontrino e albero: l'unica cosa che hanno saputo dire è stata "noi non ci possiamo fare niente!" "Pensava che le cambiassimo l'albero?". Così senza nessuna delicatezza né comprensione da parte del titolare, che non ha voluto neanche voluto vedere il danno, me ne sono andata giurando che non avrei mai più acquistato nulla da loro...e dire che ho un'intera casa da arredare....
Bad after sales service!
In January 2021 I bought a Christmas tree (€ 350 just because it was discounted by 50%); a few days ago I realize that the structure is all rusty, so I go back to the shop with a receipt and a tree: the only thing they were able to say was "we can't do anything about it!" "Did you think we changed the tree?". So without any delicacy or understanding on the part of the owner, who didn't even want to see the damage, I left swearing that I would never buy anything from them again ... and say that I have an entire house to furnish .. ..
