Nonostante fossi cliente da diverso tempo, l'ultima volta è stata, letteralmente, la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso. Non mi era mai successo che del personale si rivolgesse in modi così scontrosi con un cliente per il nulla più totale! Non andrò mai più!!
Excellent gift shop much sought after, but disappointing experiences with the staff: listless and grumpy! Although I had been a customer for some time, the last time was literally the straw that broke the camel's back. It had never happened to me that staff spoke in such surly ways to a customer for the most complete nothing! I will never go again !!
