Oltre alle pizze ordinarie e comuni, ve ne sono altre gourmet particolarissime e da provare. Un altro prodotto che vi consiglio di provare é il pizzaburger (quello in primo piano in foto), in sintesi é un hamburger in una pizza chiusa con contorno di patatine (il gusto della pizza é a scelta), l'ho provato la scorsa settimana ed é davvero buonissimo, un'idea molto originale. Certo dire Poggio Felice ai più dice poco, ma proprio in questo piccolo paese trovi uno scrigno di particolarità entrando dentro il Karizma. Il menù nn banale: puoi mangiare una buona pizza o dei piatti a base di carne, da un dessert a un'insalata o più semplicemente farti un drink e il tutto arricchito dalla cordialità dei titolari. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò personalmente Nice, clean and elegant place on the slopes of Etna. Questa sera qualcosina e andata storta, può capitare ?. Le cose che non riesco a digerire solo le prese di posizione e/o prese per i fondelli, e mi spiego "se un cliente ti dice scusami mah nella pizza ...... non c'era la crema di melanzane e i pomodorini confit?" E dopo due minuti torni e mi dici "il pizzaiolo ricorda di averli messi, li capisco che non ascolti o fai finta di non voler capire, visto che in una pizza bianca la crema di melanzane si vede, poi senza mozzarella e con 4 pomodorini crudi buttati a mo' di decorazione, lì capisco che non fai il tuo lavoro con passione, sconosci le ricette basi. "I pomodorini confit sono dei deliziosi e saporiti pomodorini caramellati in forno, hanno un gusto molto intenso e dolce, che prevedono una cottura prolungata a fuoco basso, con zucchero o aceto." Tempi di attesa lunghetti nel fine settimana perché passano prima le pizze di asporto. I prezzi sono altini se rapportati alla qualità della pizza. Appena sufficiente.
