F	Fabio Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire ottima pasqua,dalla titolare al cameriere, massima cortesia e presenza nel tavolo , velocità nel servizio, i tavoli spartani come da tradizione ma con classe dalla posateria ai bicchieri, tutto ottimo da buon romano ho gradito l'agnello in salsa a specchio,solo un appunto il dolce troppo semplice e purtroppo troppo dolce il Pan di Spagna.grz alla cuoca e Allo staff di cucina,grz ho sentito i sapori del passato che non avevo ancora ritrovato qui a Catania da 6 anni,grz tornerò per la pizza. consigliatissimo. Piena, piena, piena di formaggio che tra l'altro non sembrava essere mozzarella ma formaggio a pasta filata. Tutto quel formaggio ha inevitabilmente coperto il sapore di ogni singolo ingrediente. Peccato!

Un peccato perché si poteva fare di meglio con un po più di attenzione, gli antipasti sono arrivati freddi sarebbe bastato riscaldarli prima di servirli e sarebbero stati un'altra cosa. Sui primi nulla da dire anzi...sia la lasagna che i maccheroni al ragù piacevoli. I secondi la cotoletta di maiale servita quasi fredda era diventata troppo dura, la polpetta in foglia di limone buona , la salsiccia senza lode e senza infamia. Per i dolci si salva solo il semifreddo alla ricotta. Forse il menù fisso ha penalizzato la qualità perché probabilmente per preparare contemporaneamente per 60 persone ha costretto la cucina a preparare tutto in anticipo ma è un peccato perché i prodotti utilizzati sono di buon livello. Penso che tornerò ma non di domenica per verificare se è stato il menù fisso o se è un problema di cucina. Very nice place with a breathtaking view. Very professional and friendly staff. Detto ciò la quantità non é sinonimo di qualità. Pagare una pizza da asporto più di 10 euro e trovare un ammasso di "formaggio" e spaccierlo per mozzarella... mi dispiace anche no!! Nei condimenti vedi la qualità e purtroppo devo dire non di mio gradimento qualità prezzo assolutamente non congruo. Chiamato il locale all'ultimo momento siamo riusciti a trovare un tavolo. Servizio cortese attento e veloce. Ottimo il cibo! Funghi porcini appena raccolti! Vedere la foto! Tagliatelle ai porcini squisite! Mia moglie invece ha preso gli arrosticini di agnello con contorno di funghi porcini arrosto..... eccezionale!!!!! Molto buoni anche i dolci, presi rispettivamente una generosa fetta di torta cannolo e una crema catalana!!! Unica pecca il fatto di NON chiedere il GREEN PASS a nessuno dei clienti che entravano. Il personale eccellente, accogliente e molto disponibile. Per iniziare ci sono state proposte delle patate dolci con pistacchio e mortadella, un gusto unico tutto da provare! STRACONSIGLIO questo posto se volete passare una serata piacevole e mangiare bene!
