Dopo un contatto telefonico ho scritto via mail allegando foto senza mai ottenere risposta. I materiali a volte sono difformi da quelli indicati nel sito ( esempio fondo antiarroa) nel complesso si trova tutto, ma pernso che con un po' più di sforzo, si sarebbero meritati una o 2 stelle in più. In entrambi i casi, dopo aver pagato mi veniva comunicato che l'oggetto in questione non era presente ma ce n'era un altro che però costava un po di più. Lo smielatore lo acquistai perché ne avevo bisogno con una certa urgenza aggiungendo la differenza alla cifra già pagata. Il prezzo era comunque buono. Nel secondo caso mi sono rifiutato di acquistare e ho preteso la restituzione di ciò che avevo pagato. Mi fu chiesto se volevo attendere l'arrivo del prodotto, un mese dopo, o l'acquisto di un banchetto più costoso, o il rimborso. Chiesi il rimborso ma ricevetti nuovamente la mail già ricevuta come se la mia risposta non fosse stata letta. Dato che in questa seconda mi comunicava che stava per chiudere per ferie estive da li a pochissimi giorni e il fine settimana era ormai alle porte ho preferito incaricare PayPal per la restituzione della somma pagata.
