My review concerns pellets, they had problems in delivering pellets and they didn't know who to sell it to and who not but in general they tend to make all customers happy.

Inutile dirvi che non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta e quando mi sono presentato in negozio per Maggia erano terminate perché erano servite per "i loro clienti"...!!!!! Ho risolto spendendo solo 30 euro e non grazie a loro. P.S. il costo da loro per la candeletta era di 100 euro circa..?? G	Giancarlo Caserta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché non si può di meno,dopo averlo contattaro per la manutenzione (06/11)ordinaria,e pagato profumatamente senza nessuna esitazione,il tecnico non si accorge della pompa idrica guasta,lo richiamo dopo alcuni giorni e dopo vari tentativi di capire il problema non sì presentava per la riparazione,ho sollecitato diverse volte ricevendo anche scortesia dalla segreteria. Ho provveduto oggi grazie al loro concorrente(persona serissima e squisita)oltre che professionale. PS. Nicotra titolare della medesima azienda e di tutto lo staff. Personalmente ho acquistato un monoblocco a legna con areazione forzata e sono stata seguita dall'installazione della canna fumaria alla progettazione e realizzazione del rivestimento su misura che come vedrete dalla foto ha prodotto un risultato strepitoso! Grazie ancora per tutto.
