★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno a tutti, esperienza negativa, ho ordinato un prodotto della mapei il 1 luglio arrivato il 19 luglio ritardo assurdo in quanto mi aveva detto massimo giorno 8 il prodotto sarebbe arrivato , non solo, al momento dell'ordine il ragazzo mi dice che il prodotto costa €19 (prezzo uguale ad altri punti vendita). Il venerdì 19 luglio ricevo una telefonata dove mi dicono che il prodotto era arrivato. Lunedì mattina mi reco a ritirare il tutto ed ecco la soppressa il prodotto costa€ 22.50? faccio presente alle signore che mi era stato preventivato un prezzo diverso, non hanno voluto sentire storie il prezzo è questo,sono stato preso anche per bugiardo. Purtroppo ho dovuto prendere il prodotto perché non potevo perdere tempo in quanto il muratore stava aspettando il materiale.
Good morning to all, negative experience, I ordered a product from the map on July 1, arrived on July 19, absurd delay because I had said maximum day 8 the product would arrive, not only, when ordering the boy tells me that the product costs € 19 (price equal to other points of sale).
