Ho fatto la segnalazione in agenzia ma non ho avuto molta soddisfazione, secondo loro avrei dovuto chiamare eden viaggi e fare subito la segnalazione in loco . Noi abbiamo subito fatto la segnalazione a loro ma non hanno fatto niente nemmeno ricordarmi di chiamare eden viaggi.
I have just returned from a trip booked in this agency. He didn't go as planned. The hotel booked was not as described in the catalog. I made the report in the agency but I didn't have much satisfaction, according to them I should have called eden travel and immediately reported it on the spot. We immediately made the report to them but they did nothing to remind me to call Eden.
