★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata molto bene per le AirPods che ho lasciato a riparare in assistenza, e anche nel momento del ritiro delle cuffie con l’addetto Singh che mi ha servito. Tornerò sicuramente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due giorni fa ho portato il mio MacBook presso il punto vendita Juice, in seguito ad accidentale contatto con liquidi. I ragazzi, preparati e davvero molto cortesi, mi hanno subito preso appuntamento con un tecnico, che si è occupato di eseguire tutti i test di verifica del caso. Il computer mi è stato restituito oggi con anticipo rispetto al termine prestabilito per il ritiro, in ottime condizioni e con anche un'agevolazione in merito alle spese di laboratorio. Spero di non avere ulteriori problemi, ma, nel caso in cui dovessi averne, mi rivolgerò sicuramente a loro. SERVIZIO OTTIMO, GRAZIE.
Two days ago I took my MacBook to the Juice store, following accidental contact with liquids. The guys, prepared and very courteous, immediately made an appointment for me with a technician, who took care of carrying out all the necessary verification tests. The computer was returned to me today in advance of the set deadline for collection, in excellent condition and with a discount on laboratory costs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, andate alla Apple direttamente. Non funziona il gestionale non si può sentire, per un rivenditore premium che di certo non fa sconti … ma come si fa nel 2022 ad avere problemi con gestionali e simili
Aggiornamento: alla Apple direttamente hanno sostituito l’iPhone dandomene uno nuovo con 1 anno di garanzia, nonostante il mio fosse fuori garanzia da 6 mesi

Mi hanno fornito assistenza per problemi ad un IPhone e ad un Mac con pazienza e professionalità. Nonostante abbiano notevoli problemi con il loro programma gestionale che li mette in visibile difficoltà, sono riusciti a risolvere il mio disagio. L’azienda a mio parere dovrebbe dare più aiuto a questi ragazzi, intervenendo nel migliorare o addirittura cambiare il programma che viene utilizzato! Voto 10 e lode per lo staff!
The staff at this shop are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
They provided me with assistance for iPhone and Mac problems with patience and professionalism. Despite having significant problems with their management program which puts them in visible difficulty, they have managed to resolve my discomfort. In my opinion, the company should give more help to these guys, intervening to improve or even change the program that is used! Vote 10 and praise for the staff!
