Lo staff e simpaticissimo oltre che disponibile ma sopratutto CONPETENTE... Insomma lo consiglio vivamente!!! The 5 stars already speak for themselves ... Mi sono recata in questo studio dentistico qualche settimana fa a causa di una lesione gengivale che mi stava creando ansia da qualche mesetto ormai. Appena mi hanno fatta accomodare nella stanza dopo un po' è entrato un dottore,molto alterato e sco******,senza neanche salutare, e per giunta mi ha anche presa in giro in maniera totalmente antipatica per il fatto che fossi preoccupata,senza neppure rassicurarmi minimamente o mostrare un minimo di empatia nei miei confronti. Poi mi ha toccato la zona in cui avevo questo rigonfiamento e mi è uscito del sangue e le 'assistenti' erano lì a parlare e scherzare tra di loro senza neanche darmi un bicchiere per sciacquarmi la bocca. Staff completamente disorganizzato insomma.Mi avevano dato il successivo appuntamento per farmi vedere anche dal loro chirurgo ma non mi sono neanche presentata vista la totale mancanza di professionalità. Ho preferito risolvere il mio problema altrove,in una clinica molto più professionale e con dentisti molto più in gamba,cordiali e simpatici grazie al cielo. Simply painful. I have been in Pavia for a few months for study reasons. I went to this dental office a few weeks ago due to a gum injury that had been creating anxiety for a few months now. As soon as they made me sit in the room after a while a doctor came in, very upset and fucked, without even saying hello, and on top of that he also teased me in a totally unpleasant way for the fact that I was worried , without even the slightest reassurance or showing a minimum of empathy towards me. Then he touched the area where I had this swelling and blood came out and the 'assistants' were there talking and joking with each other without even giving me a glass to rinse my mouth. Staff completely disorganized in short, they gave me the next appointment to be seen by their surgeon but I didn't even show up given the total lack of professionalism. I preferred to solve my problem elsewhere, in a much more professional clinic and with much smarter, friendly and nice dentists thank goodness.
